High carbon steel grits

The high carbon steel grits are cast in arc shape ovens, granulated from liquid metal and then heat treated. The accurate preparation of the spheric range and the controlled and resilient crushing of the grits range in industrial mills, ensures after the final screening, an adequate granulometric RANGE, distributed as a percentage on 3 diameters, to ensure maximum performance during use. The choice of the grit granulometry to use, depends on the shot blasting machine supplied, the workpieces to be treated, their chemical composition and the expected quality and productivity result.
